This experience is like soul therapy. You get to navigate your struggles and discover the answers you had inside you the whole time. You're in safe hands, surrounded by incredible humans, and you walk away with community and one of the greatest memories of your life. I feel permanently expanded, closer to myself and my body, and fully confident walking in my truth.

Don't hesitate to show up for yourself and trust these wonderful people to bring you a version of yourself you may have never known was possible. I feel so different in my mind, body, and spirit. I'm more peaceful and positive in every moment since the retreat.

Ever since I was able to tell you my story in all its complexity, it released the residual power it had over me. Now I can talk about my story like I'm talking about the weather. I am not that person anymore, and I forgive myself.

Sacred Rebels Thriving has helped me connect with parts of myself that, until recently, hadn't received much light. They helped me recognize the ways I'd been avoiding conflict in an attempt to protect myself and feel safe. Professionally, they've been instrumental in helping me recognize my worth and confidently ask for what I deserve. Working with them has made me feel heard, seen, acknowledged, and empowered.
